With your new Corian® surface comes the quality assurance provided by the 10-Year Installed Limited Warranty. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any condition, warranty, right or remedy available pursuant to any Australian Legislation (Commonwealth or State, including the Trade Practices Act 1974) except to the extent permitted under such legislation.

DuPont warrants to the owner of a DuPont Corian® installation for RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS as provided in DuPont published literature that DuPont will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, such product if it fails due to any manufacturing, fabrication, or installation defect during the first 10 years after initial installation – Please note that this warranty DOES NOT EXTEND to damage caused by physical or chemical abuse or damage from excessive heat. This includes necessary reasonable labour charges needed to repair or replace the product covered hereunder.

This installed warranty applies only to PERMANENTLY INSTALLED Corian® products:

  • Purchased after July 1, 1996 for residential use in Australia.
  • Installed only by a DuPont Certified or Approved Fabricator/Installer.
  • Which have not been moved from their original place of installation.
  • Which are maintained according to the Corian® Care Brochure. A copy of the Care Brochure may be obtained, free of charge, by contacting CASF on 1800 267 426 or visiting www.corian.com.au. Please read these instructions carefully, in particular, the section entitled Preventing Excessive Heat Damage”. Failure to follow these instructions may result in your benchtop being exposed to excessive heat, thereby voiding your warranty.
  • Including seam performance, but not seam appearance.
  • Which have been installed following all DuPont recommended procedures for fabrication and installation.
To obtain service under this warranty, contact CASF Australia, suppliers of Corian® products.
To the extent permitted by law:
  • The obligation by DuPont hereunder is limited solely to the repair or replacement, including necessary reasonable labour charges, of the Corian® product purchased hereunder. Please note however that slight colour variations can occur between different batches of Corian® . Hence, DuPont cannot guarantee that the colour of any material used to aid a repair will be an exact colour match to the existing benchtop.
  • No implied or express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is granted by this warranty except as expressly stated herein.
  • DuPont shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use Corian® products, except as provided herein.
The product warranty is transferable from previous homeowners to new homeowners within the 10-year period. Please provide the new owner’s details to CASF to register the installation under the new owner’s name. Care information will be sent to the new owner detailing proper maintenance of Corian® in the home.

Please note that if the Warranty has not been registered, proof of purchase must be provided to verify the installation date and product authenticity.
