Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any condition, warranty, right or remedy available pursuant to any Australian Legislation (Commonwealth or State, including the Trade Practices Act 1974) except to the extent permitted under such legislation.

Congratulations on a smart investment. Your new installation of CORIAN®, installed by a DuPont certified Fabricator/Installer, entitles you to enjoy the quality assurance provided by the 10-year Installed Limited Warranty. DuPont, the creator of the original solid surface material – CORIAN® – continues to lead the industry with this strong warranty program.

DuPont warrants to the owner of a DuPont CORIAN® installation for COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS as provided in DuPont published literature that DuPont will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, such product if it fails due to any manufacturing, fabrication, or installation defect during the first 10 years after initial installation – EXCEPT for damage caused by physical or chemical abuse or damage from excessive heat. This includes necessary reasonable labour charges needed to repair or replace the product covered hereunder.

This installed warranty applies only to PERMANENTLY INSTALLED CORIAN® products:
  • Purchased after October 1, 1996 for commercial use in Australia.
  • Installed only by a DuPont Certified Fabricator/Installer.
  • Which have not been moved from their original place of installation.
  • Which are maintained according to the Corian® Care and Maintenance Booklet. A copy of the Corian® Care and Maintenance Booklet may be obtained, free of charge, from your DuPont Certified Fabricator/Installer or by contacting CASF Australia Pty Ltd.
  • Including seam performance, but not seam appearance.
  • Which have been installed following all DuPont recommended procedures for fabrication and installation.
For more than 40 years, DuPont CORIAN® has continued to provide innovative ideas and concepts for continuous customer satisfaction. To register for this installed warranty, have your DuPont certified Fabricator/Installer fill out and mail the registration card at the time of installation. To obtain service under this warranty contact the source from whom you purchased CORIAN®, or DuPont.

To the extent permitted by law:
  • The obligation by DuPont hereunder is limited solely to the repair or replacement including necessary reasonable labour charges of the CORIAN® product purchased.
  • No implied or express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is granted by this warranty except as expressly stated herein;
  • DuPont shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use CORIAN® products, except as provided herein.
